Chaos Crew Clothing (“we”, “our”, “us”) ships orders across Canada and internationally. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• During high‑volume periods (product drops, sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Canada
• Standard shipping: 2–8 business days
• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
United States
• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited shipping: 3–5 business days
International
• Standard international: 7–21 business days
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to:

• Handling charges
These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may delay delivery times.
5. Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for:

• Lost packages due to address errors
• Additional fees for re‑shipping returned orders

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:
• Check with neighbours or building management
• Verify the address provided
• Wait 24 hours in case of carrier delays
If still missing, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the damaged item
• Your order number
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Carrier Delays
Weather, customs, and carrier disruptions may cause delays outside our control.
7. Shipping Restrictions
