At Chaos Crew Clothing (“we”, “our”, “us”), we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our store.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In its original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• In original packaging (if applicable)
Items that cannot be returned include:
• Final sale items
• Underwear or intimate apparel
• Gift cards
• Customized or made‑to‑order products
If an item is ineligible, it will be clearly marked on the product page.
2. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges when inventory allows.
If the item you want is out of stock, we can issue store credit or a refund according to our refund guidelines.
3. Return Process
To start a return:
1. Email us at chaos.crew.clothing333@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Processing times vary by bank or payment provider, but typically take 3–10 business days.
We do not refund:
• Original shipping fees
• Return shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
• Check with your bank or credit card provider
• Confirm processing times
• Contact us if the issue persists

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order is in transit, it must follow the standard return process.
